Calvin "Mark" Lassere, MAI
Is a designated member of the Appraisal Institute and is the Principal at CML & Associates, LLC.
Mr. Lassere has experience in property valuation, feasibility analysis, land acquisition, leasing,
design, construction finance, and management of office, retail and residential property.
He has over seventeen years of valuation practice and management, during which he has
developed an extensive knowledge in economic analysis, market assessments, taxation, and
financial analysis.
Furthermore, he has experience with commercial, industrial, multifamily, and retail types of
properties that vary in scope and size.
Mr. Lassere holds a Bachelor's of Science degree, as well as obtaining his Appraisers’ training from
the Appraisal Institute; He is a General Certified appraiser in six states; and a designated broker in
the District of Columbia.
Mr. Lassere has been a member of District of Columbia Building Industry Association, the African
American Real Estate Professional, the Urban Land Institute and Greater Washington
Commercial Association of Realtors.
