Sandy Lassere
Is the President of CML & Associates, LLC.
Ms Lassere is an Associate Member of
the Appraisal Institute and working towards her SRA designation. She has more than ten years of
experience in the real estate market, dealing with commercial and residential real estate.
Ms Lassere has a strong background in corporate management based upon 12 years working for
a Fortune 1000 Company. She possesses extensive knowledge in the day-to-day operations of the
company, as well as being responsible for hiring / training of key personnel, strategies for expansion,
and new business development.
Ms Lassere holds an Associate Arts degree and attenattended the University of Washington.
Overall, she has been able to establish long-term relationships with customers, vendors and clients.
